Please send the request from your registered email address if possible. This helps us verify your identity and process the request faster.

Before processing any deletion request, we may verify that the request is made by the actual account owner. This step helps protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
If the details you provide do not match our records, we may contact you and ask for additional information. If we cannot verify ownership, we may not be able to complete the request.
After successful verification, deletion requests are usually processed within 7 to 15 business days.
The time may vary depending on the completeness of the information provided, the number of pending requests, or whether some records must be retained for legal, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security reasons.
Once your request is approved and completed, your account will be removed or deactivated from our active systems. You may lose access to your profile, bookings, appointments, business records, staff details, schedules, and other account related information connected to normal app usage.
In many cases, deleted data cannot be restored. If you want to use the services again later, you may need to create a new account.
Some limited data may be retained where required for legal obligations, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, billing records, dispute resolution, security monitoring, or enforcement of our rights and agreements.
Temporary backup copies may also remain for a limited period as part of routine backup and recovery processes.
If your data has been processed by third party services such as payment providers, analytics tools, cloud services, or app store platforms, their data retention and deletion practices may be governed by their own policies.
